Shipping and Payment

Delivery time and tracking

All orders are shipped using DHL (GoGreen CO2-neutral - DHL GoGreen - climate-friendly shipping) or DPD CO2-neutral.

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the offer, delivery time within Germany is approximately 3-4 working days. All our products are available unless otherwise specified on the relevant product details page. If, however, we encounter any difficulties in shipping an order, we will contact you immediately and do everything within our power to process your order as quickly as possible. All shipments are insured for the value of the goods.

Shipping

Please note that for environmental reasons, we only ship complete orders. We are unable to send individual shipments of out-of-stock items.

Shipping is free within Germany when you spend over €59. Please contact us if you wish to have items shipped to outside of Germany.

Shipping costs

For orders being shipped within Germany, the delivery charge is EUR 5.90.
If you spend over €59, shipping within Germany in free.

Payment options

PayPal
If you wish to pay with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website. There you will be asked to log in using your login details and confirm the payment transaction. Your PayPal account will be debited straight away and we will be able to process your order as soon as the transaction has been confirmed. If we are unable to deliver an item, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account within 14 days. If you are not a PayPal customer, you can also login as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. Your payment data will be encrypted using SSL encryption and safely transmitted.

Prepayment
If you wish to pay via pre-payment, simply select the appropriate payment method and our bank details will appear right away. These can also be found in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail after placing the order. You will have 10 days to transfer the invoice amount. Important: Please state the order number when making the transfer.

Invoicing (from the 2nd order)
We are of course happy to provide our customers with an invoice for payment. This option is available to all registered customer from their second order onwards. In this case, you will receive an invoice along with your order and can conveniently transfer the due amount. The payment term in this case is 14 days. *The prices listed at the time of the order shall apply. You can check the period of validity for our limited offers by referring to where they are listed in the shop. All prices include the statutory rate of value added tax (currently 7% or 19%). This service is only available in Germany.

If there is a delay in payment, you, as the customer, are liable to pay Premium Foods GmbH default interest at a rate of 5% above the basic rate.
