Café Crema, whole beans

Altomayo’s organic Café Crema stands out on account of its exquisite, velvety-soft crema and full-bodied taste. The premium Arabica coffee plants are cultivated by small-scale farmers under ideal climatic conditions in the remote uplands of the Peruvian Andes and are harvested by hand. Its notable smoothness can be attributed to its special origins and the carefully selected Arabica coffee beans paired with the slow, gentle roasting process for which Altomayo is known.

This coffee is perfect for use in coffee machines.

Könnte intensiver sein, muss das Wasser sehr heiß machen, macht aber einen guten Cappuccino!

Man muss ihn sehr heiß machen, um den Geschmack richtig herauszukriegen. Ich persönlich mag mein Kaffee mehr, wenn er nicht zu heiß gemacht ist, aber sehr gute, intensive Bohnen benutzt (und natürlich eine gute Kaffee-Maschine). Diese Bohnen haben den Test für Espresso nicht bestanden, aber sie machen einen sehr guten Cappuccino. Insgesamt wurde ich sagen das man bessere Bohnen kaufen kann, die hier aber nicht schlecht sind!

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback!

Die optimale Wassertemperatur liegt bei den meisten Zubereitungsarten zwischen 92° - 96° Celsius und sollte diese nicht überstiegen, da der Kaffee ansonsten "verbrennt". Ansonsten können je nach Zubereitungsart viele verschiedene Faktoren wie der Mahlgrad, die Menge, die Wasserqualität und weitere den Geschmack und die Intensität beeinflussen.
Wir haben den ALTOMAYO Café Crema extra für die Zubereitung in Kaffeevollautomaten entwickelt, da der Röstgrad dieser Bohnen zwischen dem ALTOMAYO Hochlandkaffee und dem ALTOMAYO Organic Espresso liegt und dadurch verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten kreiert werden können.
Für einen kräftigen Espresso mit vollem Körper empfehlen wir Ihnen unseren ALTOMAYO Organic Espresso! :)
