The green coffee beans are decaffeinated using only natural carbon dioxide and pure water. This special, patented process significantly reduces the amount of bitter substances and lowers the roasted coffee’s caffeine content to less than 1%. This makes it a mild, gentle treat with an exquisite taste and beautiful crema. Entirely organic, direct from the north of Peru and strong in flavour, even with almost no caffeine. A delight for enjoying at any time of day.

This decaffeinated espresso works wonderfully in latte macchiato and coffee sour recipes and much more.

Leckerer Espresso

Endlich habe ich einen decaf Espresso gefunden, der weder sauer noch bitter ist, ohne Lösungsmittel entkoffeiniert, trotzdem kräftig im Geschmack, nicht zu fruchtig und auch noch bio! Nicht günstig aber bezahlbar. Der erste, der all diese Kriterien erfüllt. Den Espresso sensitivo werde ich auch noch probieren.
